Enigan (also: Enigan-tō , Eniran ) is a motu of the Rongelap Atoll of the Pacific republic of the Marshall Islands .

geography

Enigan is located in the southern reef edge between Kaeroga Pass and Enigan Pass , opposite Kaeroga in the west and Eniroruuri in the east. The island has two broad ends and is only connected by a narrow sandbar in the middle. The island is uninhabited and has been contaminated with nuclear power since the Bravo bomb was tested for nuclear weapons .
