The Enovos Germany SE is the parent company of the Enovos Group Germany and has its headquarters in Saarbrücken .

Business purpose

The central areas of law, human resources, controlling, investment management, finance, accounting, internal auditing, marketing and communication, project management / management systems and IT are bundled in Enovos Germany. Subsidiaries related to the business division are placed under the holding company , each with a different focus of activity.

history

The predecessor of Enovos Germany was Saar Ferngas AG. In 2009 Saar Ferngas and the Luxembourg companies Cegedel and Soteg merged to form Enovos International. The shareholders of the new company are: Luxembourg State with 28.00%, China Southern Power Grid International with 24.92%, Luxembourg City with 15.61%, the Luxembourg state bank SNCI with 14.20%, Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat (BCEE) with 12.00%, Post Luxembourg with 4.71% and ARDIAN with 0.56%. The Saar Ferngas transport network is now operated by Creos Deutschland , which is also part of the Encevo Group.

Shareholder structure

The shareholders of Enovos Deutschland are Enovos Luxembourg (88.98%) and the holding company Encevo (11.02%), the energy supplier Enovos and the network operator Creos Luxembourg .
