Entisar Tower is a skyscraper under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates .

The 570 meter high building will have 122 floors. Apartments and offices are planned on the first 100 floors, the top 22 floors are intended for use by a hotel. The planned completion is projected for the year 2022 at an estimated construction costs of 816 million US dollars.
