Drainage statute

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A drainage statute or wastewater statute is a regulation of drainage and partly also its financing. Often, however, the financing is regulated separately ( wastewater fee statute ).

Municipalities in Germany have a drainage and water supply statute , in which both the property drainage of sewage, rain and ground or drainage water as well as the water supply are regulated.

As a rule, connection to the public sewer system is mandatory .

Wastewater and rainwater must either be discharged separately in two pipes or as mixed waste water in one pipe into the public sewer system.
