Erdmut Dauter
Erdmut Dauter (born May 17, 1922 in Graudenz ) is a German actress and cabaret artist .
Life
Erdmut Dauter took acting and voice lessons in Berlin. She then worked as a theater actress at the Berlin Theater am Schiffbauerdamm and worked as a cabaret artist in various programs at Struwelpeters and the Reich Cabaret in Berlin. Since the late 1930s she has also appeared as an actress in film productions such as Wolfgang Liebeneiner's Yvette , Paul Martin's crime comedy Jenny and the gentleman in tailcoat and RA Stemmle's right or wrong . She also worked as a screenwriter and voice actress . She also gave various chanson evenings and acted as a translator from English and Italian.
