Eric Morel
Eric Morel (* 10. October 1975 in San Juan , Puerto Rico ) is a former Puerto Rican boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
In 1996 he started his professional career with a KO victory against José Luis Aguilar . On August 5, 2000 he boxed against Sornpichai Kratingdaenggym for the WBA World Championship and won by unanimous decision of the judges. He lost this title after a total of five title defenses in December 2003 to Lorenzo Parra on points.
In 2012 he ended his career. He fought during these 50 fights, of which he won 46, 23 by knockout.
