The commemorative medal of the proclamation of the constitution of 1843 ( Greek Αναμνηστικό μετάλλιο της ανακηρύξεως του Συντάγματος του 1843 Anamnistiko metallio tis anakiryxeos tou 1843 Syntagmatos was a Greek tou Syntagmatos tou . The founder was King Otto and the date of the foundation was September 3, 1843, which was also proclaimed a national festival. The award was given to the military and citizens of the city of Athens as thanks for their loyalty during the uprisings in the city.

A badge of honor had also been set up for the military and citizens outside the city on the same occasion, but not until September 3, 1843. The ribbon was as described here, but the cross was more like the memorial for the struggle for independence.
