Erkan Gümüşsuyu
Erkan Gümüşsuyu (* 1976 in Edirne , Turkey ), performing as Erkan as an artist , is a German-Turkish singer. He was the first winner of pop star Alaturka , the Turkish edition of Pop Idol .

Erkan Gümüşsuyu, whose father came to the Federal Republic as a guest worker, lives in Germany and worked in a textile factory at the time of participation. His first release as a pop star was a highly successful single in 2006. A successful album Bütün Şarkıları (2007) followed. In 2009 he released his second album after two years of strong media presence in Turkey.
