Erkut Kızılırmak (born September 14, 1969 in Izmir ) is a Turkish racing driver .

Career

Kızılırmak started his career in rallies in 1992 . After that, the Turk was active in the Turkish rally championship in 1995, 1998 and 1999. Three years later, he entered the Turkish Fiat Challenge and finished fourth at the end of the season. In 2003 and 2004, in addition to the Turkish Fiat Challenge, he also took part in the Turkish Renault Clio Cup. From 2004 to 2006 he was active in the Turkish Touring Car Championship, which he won in 2005. In 2005 he drove a single race for Seat in the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC). Kızılırmak has been competing in the races for the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) since 2006 .
