Ernesto Zardini (* 1908 in Cortina d'Ampezzo ; † unknown) was an Italian ski jumper and Nordic combined athlete .

Life

Zardini celebrated his first success at the Italian championships in 1925, where he won the silver medal in ski jumping behind Luigi Faure . Two years later he won the bronze medal behind Domenico Patterlini and Luigi Faure. In 1930 he started in the Nordic Combined and won gold there. At the 1932 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid , he started in ski jumping and combined. In jumping from the normal hill he reached the 14th place. In the individual combination, after a 20th place in cross-country skiing and a 13th place in jumping, he ended up in 12th place.
