Development carrier
As infrastructure provider in the construction industry companies are referred to, the development manufacture of land. This includes in particular
- the connection to the public road and path network
- as well as to the supply and disposal network .
Basically, the development is the responsibility of the community. Development agencies are either commissioned by the municipality with the development or the municipality transfers the development by means of a development contract within the meaning of Section 124 (1) BauGB to a third party.
