Attainment act

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An acquisition act represents the opposite of the effect act in German procedural law . Acquisition acts are procedural acts that are intended to bring about a judicial decision and therefore have an indirect effect on the process through the court's decision. Examples of this are evidence, allegations and the unilateral declaration of completion .

Acts of effect are to be checked for their admissibility and justification, in contrast to acts of effect that have to be effective. As with all procedural acts, extra-procedural conditions are inadmissible, but not intra-procedural conditions such as a possible accumulation of lawsuits .

The legal need for legal protection is mostly an admissibility requirement for the acquisition act.
