The Establecimiento Hidro Termo Terápico is a building in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo .

The building, projected in 1888, is located in Ciudad Vieja at Calle 25 de Mayo 273–285 between Pérez Castellano and Colón streets . The first renovation took place in 1893. The architects and engineers S. Parcus and L. Siegerist were responsible for both the original project and this renovation . Further renovation measures were carried out later, but no precise data is available on the implementation. Between 2003 and 2004, the building was repaired under the direction of architects JC Vanni, A. Sueiro and D. Rodríguez . In the meantime, the building, whose first owner was Emilio Reus, was used by the Uruguayan Ministry of Defense . The Museo de Arte Precolombino e Indígena is now housed here. The 15 meter high, three-storey building is arranged around a central courtyard and has a floor area of ​​1436 m².

In 1975 the building was classified as the Monumento Histórico Nacional . This classification was abandoned in 1979, before it was repeated in 1986.
