The Estadio Caliente is a soccer stadium in the Mexican border town of Tijuana , Baja California . It is the home ground of the Tijuana football club .
history
The stadium, which was originally designed for 33,333 spectators, was opened in November 2007 after completion of the first construction phase with a capacity for almost 15,000 visitors. It was later expanded to 21,000 places. It currently has space for 22,333 visitors.
