The Estadio Olímpico Patria is a multifunctional stadium in Sucre , the constitutional capital of Bolivia in the Chuquisaca department .

The stadium is mainly used for football matches and is home to the Universitario de Sucre and Club Independiente Petrolero clubs . The 1997 Copa America matches were played in the stadium. The stadium seats 30,700 and was opened in 1992.
