Ettendorf near Stainz

Ettendorf bei Stainz is a village in the market town of Stainz in Styria.

The village of Ettendorf, which in addition to the village itself also consists of the Georgiberg and Kummerdorf Rotten , is located on a Riedel of the West Styrian Riedelland . Just south of the village, the Mellachberg – Steinschneider radio link runs past the built-up area.

history

The earliest written document is from 1160 and is "Eppendorf". The name goes back to the Old High German personal name Eppo .
