Owl Tower (Warburg)
The Owl Tower is a former watch tower of the city of Warburg .
The tower, which is still fully preserved, is located near Calenberg in the south of the city and was first mentioned in 1311. He was part of the Warburger Landwehr . Narrow, slot-like loopholes and four bay windows on the upper edge still bear witness to its former defensive function.
