Eumelos (painter)
Eumelos ( ancient Greek Εὔμηλος ) was a Greek painter who worked in the 2nd century.
He is mentioned by Flavius Philostratos as a painter, of whom a painting of Helena could be seen in the Roman Forum in Rome . The painter Aristodemos , who was Philostratus' guest for four years, is said to have painted in a similar way.
