European convergence and implementation plan

The European convergence and implementation plan ECIP (short for European Convergence and Implementation Plan ) is one of EUROCONTROL created plan with general actions by the participating States to improve air traffic management ( air traffic management must be implemented) in a given period. The actions concern airspace organization and management, security measures, aeronautical information systems (AIM), air traffic control and environmental issues.

The ECIP document is used for medium-term planning, which aims to make changes to the actors ( stakeholders ) necessary in the next five to seven years.
