The EUROPART Holding GmbH is a distributor of spare parts and accessory products with a focus on commercial vehicles, vans, buses and special vehicles.
Company history
In 1948 the company was founded under the name Westdeutsche Federnzentrale Wachenfeld GmbH & Co. KG (WFZ) in Hagen. The company specialized in the trade in automotive and car springs for the replacement market. From the 1960s, WFZ expanded its range and gradually developed into a full-range supplier of commercial vehicle spare parts. The range of workshop supplies was also added (e.g. work clothes, tools, diagnostic technology, workshop furnishings and equipment). Starting with the first foreign engagement in Denmark in 1979, further international expansion followed from 1990 and the political change in Europe. Other milestones in the company's history were the introduction of the own brand in 1995, the renaming to EUROPART in 2000 and the takeover by financial investors Triton and Paragon Partners in 2011. The EUROPART Group has over 300 stores in 28 countries and numerous cooperation partners. In 2014 an office was developed in Shanghai.

EUROPART workshop concepts
TrailerSTATION , TruckSTATION and TransporterSTATION are workshop systems developed by EUROPART that are aimed at independent workshops that want to strengthen their profile in the service of these vehicle types. As a system provider, EUROPART supplies the marketing concept, VKF materials, signaling elements and offers modules such as mobility protection for vehicle breakdowns, vehicle diagnostics, etc. For workshops with the TruckSTATION system, ISO 9001 certification is a prerequisite for system membership.
