Europass certificate supplement

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Europass Certificate Supplement is one of the five Europass documents and thus a Europe-wide recognized opportunity to present skills acquired in vocational training .

The certificate supplement is relevant for all vocational students and apprentices and is handed out together with the vocational diploma. The skills and competencies learned are described in detail, making it easier for employers to assess and compare applicants. The individual skills that were acquired in the course of vocational training are explained in English and German. Unlike the diploma, the certificate supplement gives precise information about the duration and type of training and the level of the diploma ( ISCED ).
