European Roma Rights Center

The European Roma Rights Center (German: European Center for Roma Rights ), ERRC for short, is an organization in Budapest ( Hungary ) that deals with the problems of Roma and Sinti in Europe .

The ERRC was founded in 1996 and is chaired by an international committee. Above all, she is committed to legal action against antigypsy acts as well as against prejudice and discrimination . In addition, her main activities include policy-making and training multipliers in human rights work.

An Austrian memorial service can be carried out in the ERRC through the Austrian Service Abroad .

The ERRC was awarded the Gruber Justice Prize in 2009.
