Evangelical university community

The Evangelical University Community (EHG) in Austria is a work of the Evangelical Church A. u. HB in Austria and, as an institution of the Protestant Church, enjoys the legal status of a corporation under public law . The EHG represents an amalgamation of the individual university communities on site and is either managed as an independent pastor 's office or co-supervised by the local parish. There are currently university communities in the seven university cities of Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Leoben, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna.

The twice-yearly annual conference and the coordination team are responsible for the organization of the local union of the evangelical university communities, whereby the coordination team has an administrative and networking task. Monja Burkard chairs the annual conference and the coordination team (as of 2018).

International

The EHG is a member of the Christian World Student Union (WSCF) .
