The Evertssche Haus in the East Frisian district town of Aurich ( Aurich district , Lower Saxony ) is a listed building from the 17th century. It has the address Burgstrasse 17. In the 18th century the building was owned by the Conring family of lawyers , who sold it in 1735 to the deputy judge and later government director Johann Schnedermann .

The Evertssche Haus is a two-story plastered building with a wig gable. It was built around 1664 in the Baroque style. The facade is yellow and decorated with festoons in the shape of arched threads made of leaves and fruits.
