Ewellix (formerly SKF Motion Technologies) is a linear technology solutions company with nine manufacturing centers in Europe, North America and Asia and 16 sales locations worldwide. History and locations

After 50 years within the SKF Group, SKF sold the linear technology division SKF Motion Technologies to Triton Partners in December 2018. The purchase price was 2.75 billion SEK. Triton signed a purchase agreement for this on August 1, 2018. On October 7, 2019, SKF Motion Technologies was renamed Ewellix.

Ewellix has production sites in Gothenburg, Schweinfurt , Meckesheim , Chambery, Beaufort, Liestal, Detroit, Taipei and Pinghu.
