Explay is a Russian manufacturer of mobile phones , tablet PCs , navigation systems and consumer electronics . The company is based in Moscow , but has offices in 53 other Russian cities.
history
The company was founded in 2005. In 2011 Explay held second place in Russia in the navigation systems sector with a 21.57% market share. According to the company, Explay is also one of the market leaders in Russia with its MP3 players and tablet PCs . At the end of 2013, the company presented a smartwatch. At the beginning of 2014, Explay was one of the first manufacturers to introduce a smartphone with the alternative Android version Yandex.Kit from the Russian software company Yandex . Explay was the fourth largest cell phone manufacturer in Russia in 2013.
