Fábio Virginio de Lima , called Fábio Lima , (born June 30, 1993 in Araçagi , Paraíba ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Associação Desportiva Recreativa e Cultural Icasa

His professional career started at Icasa , in the second Brazilian division . In his debut season, he was often a substitute in 11 games.

Atlético Goianiense

After only one season he moved to Atlético Goianiense, where he came to a few appearances in the state championship of Goiás in his first season . After his loan, he was considered more often in the first team and came in two years on 18 second division games in which he was able to score 7 goals. He also played 15 games in the state championship.

Vasco da Gama

For the 2013 calendar season he was loaned to Vasco da Gama. During this season he made his debut in the Série A , the top division in the country.

Al-Wasl

For the 2014/15 season, the first division side al-Wasl signed the Brazilian for two years in Dubai . Lima played 24 of 26 league games in its debut season, scoring 16 goals and providing six more. In the following season he was used in all league games, met twenty times in opposing nets and assisted five times. Despite these performances, al-Wasl was only sixth on both occasions. Nevertheless, due to his strong performances, he was one of three players on the shortlist for the "Foreign Player of the Year" award for the season 15/16. On December 8, 2016 in the league game against Dibba al-Fujairah , he managed a four-pack for the first time. At the end of the season there were 25 goals and 5 assists. In addition, he was named "UAE AGL Foreign Player of the Year" for the first time and qualified for the AFC Champions League 2018 for the first time with al-Wasl .:
