The double building with the postal address Fährstraße 8/10 is a listed building on Fährstraße in Stralsund .
The four-storey , twelve-axis , plastered eaves house with its simple facade was built in 1952 instead of the buildings destroyed by the bombing raid on Stralsund on October 6, 1944 .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 164.
