A piece of Fürst Pückler cake

The Neapolitan cake is from the German cuisine originating cake of bright and / or dark Wiener floors , which in alternating sequence with pink strawberry - or raspberry butter cream and light vanilla and dark - chocolate is filled -Buttercreme. Often the creams are flavored with alcohol. The Fürst-Pückler-Torte is coated smoothly with couverture .

In Germany, the dark Viennese soil must contain at least 3% cocoa powder.

This cake, the recipe of which is said to be based on an original recipe by Prince Pückler , is based on a simplified version of the Fürst Pückler ice cream dessert that was verifiably created for Prince Pückler.
