Prince or Princess of Belmonte ('Principe o Principessa di Belmonte') is a title of nobility created by the Spanish crown in 1619.

It was given to the Barons of Badolato and Belmonte, who were also Counts of Lavagna and a branch of the Genoese Fieschi family , which produced Popes Hadrian V and Innocent IV . The princes of Belmonte were also princes in the Holy Roman Empire . Other titles were Duca di Acerenza (1593), Marchese di Galatone (1562) and Conte di Copertino (1562).

The titles passed from the Ravaschieri Fieschi via the Squarciafico Pinelli, the Pignatelli y Aymerich to the Granito family, Marchese di Castellabate, patricians of Salerno (since 1380). According to historical nobility law, the current title holder is Angelo Ravaschieri Fieschi Pinelli Granito Pignatelli, Prince of Belmonte .
