The FC Rheinland-Pfalz / Saar Mainz was a German road cycling team .

The team was founded in 2009 and took a. participated in races of the UCI Europe Tour . The manager was Siegfried Fröhlich, who was supported by Jörg Abel. The team's sporting director was Andreas Walzer . The team was equipped with Rotwild bikes . The team's motto was Real Guys Don't Dope .

However, the team had to cease racing as a Continental team in March 2009. According to the association, the reason for the team's withdrawal from sports was economic problems; after five sponsors withdrew, a good 25 percent of the team's budget was not covered.
