The abbreviation FHH stands for:
- Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (usually: the administrative bodies of the city)
- Hanover University of Applied Sciences , former name of the Hanover University of Applied Sciences
- Hof University of Applied Sciences , former name of the Hof University of Applied Sciences
- Fritz-Henßler-Haus , a communal youth and meeting center in Dortmund
- Feldschlösschen-Hürlimann Holding, a brewery group from 1996 to 2000, see Feldschlösschen Beverages # History
- Familial hypocalzuric hypercalcemia , an inherited syndrome with hypercalcemia
