The FK ROMAR was a Lithuanian football club from Mažeikiai . It was dissolved again in 1995.

Club history

From 1990 to 1992 the club was called Jovaras Mažeikiai , then again FK Mažeikiai for a year .

In 1992 in autumn a new club was founded, named ROMAR in honor of the main sponsor, the entrepreneur Romas Marcinkevičius.

The 1993/94 season was now known as ROMAR Mažeikiai club in first place in the table and thus qualified for participation in the 1994/95 UEFA Cup . There he was already defeated by AIK Solna in the first and second leg with 0: 2 and was consequently eliminated. To date, this has been the club's only international appearance so far.
