In the FS 395 series , the Ferrovie dello Stato (FS) combined several freight locomotives of the Rete Adriatica (RA) with the C wheel arrangement, which originally came from the Lombardy-Venetian and Central-Italian Railway Company (LVCI):

3951-3952: RA 3006-3015
3953-3954: RA 3016-3035
3955: RA 3036-3045
