Fabian Schaar

Fabian Schaar (born March 13, 1989 ) is a German track and road cyclist.

Fabian Schaar became the German youth track cycling champion in the team pursuit in 2005. won a stage at the Course de la Paix in 2006. On the track, he was German junior champion in the single and team pursuit. In the 2007 season he again won a section of the Course de la Paix and was third overall. In the 2008 season Schaar drove for the Ista team . After Team Ista disbanded, he was employed by Team cycling sports (CH) in 2009. From the 2010 season he will be driving again as a professional in Continental Team Mapei. From 2009 he was able to distinguish himself several times in World Cup appearances on the track (3rd place in Madison in Melbourne) and was allowed to take part in 3 professional six-day races (best place: 3rd in Tilburg with Leif Lampater)
