Object 9e is a two-story half-timbered house with studs and a gable roof . On the ground floor there are three small windows facing the street with original two-part shutters . On the upper floor there are two single windows, each with a cross-bar division. On the north side, the gable , there is the house entrance and three windows on the ground floor, as well as two windows with cross-muntin division on the upper floor. Between the windows to the street, on a lintel behind the blinds, a part of a Bible text is carved, which reads Because we have no permanent city here, Anno 1747 May 15, Hebrews, chapter 13, verse 14 .

It is followed by a small, well-tended garden. This includes an additional, presumably former stable and farm building with a gable roof in the original half-timbered construction.
