Fadi Khan Shikhoni is a Syrian road cyclist.
Fadi Khan Shikhoni finished second in Tabriz in 2006 on a section of the Azerbaïjan Tour . The next year he finished third in the Egyptian one-day race Grand Prix Sharm El Sheikh . In the Tour of Libya he was third on the first stage to Tarhouna and on the fourth section to Museratha. Shikhoni also won the fifth stage of the Azerbaïjan Tour to Bonab.
