The team was founded in 2007 and took part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental team until the team was dissolved at the end of the 2009 season. The team drove most of the races in Asia and Africa. The manager was Ahmed Alhemaidi, who was supported by his sporting directors Mustapha Allal Faci and Aziz Merzoug. The team was equipped with bicycles from the Wilier brand . The sponsor was the Qatari capital Doha .
