Driving space

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The driving area consists of the lane belt and its surrounding space, insofar as it can visually influence the driver. The design of the driving area affects the driving behavior of the vehicle driver. For this reason, good visual guidance is taken into account when planning roads.

In order to guarantee a high level of traffic safety and traffic quality, the driving area must be as manageable, clear and timely as possible.
