Fak-Fak (department)

The Fak-Fak department (Dutch: Afdeling Fak-Fak ) was one of the departments ( afdelingen ) into which Dutch New Guinea was divided. The Fak-Fak department was located in the west of the Dutch colony south of the Vogelkop peninsula. The capital and seat of government was the eponymous town of Fakfak .

The Fak-Fak department was divided into three sub-departments ( onderafdelingen ):
