Fanchang kiln

Fanchang Kiln ( Chinese  繁昌窑 , Pinyin Fanchang Yao , English Fanchang Kiln ) is the trade name for the circle Fanchang the Chinese province of Anhui discovered song -temporal porcelain kilns . In the 50's there in Kejiachong柯 家 冲 different kilns were discovered in which bluish / greenish-white porcelain (" Qingbai porcelain ") was fired, in the 70's more. In 2002 new excavations were carried out there. Grave goods made from this porcelain were discovered in various Song- era graves in Anhui.

According to recent research, the Fanchang kilns could be the Xuanzhou kilns mentioned in ancient books .

The Fanchang Kiln sites have been on the List of Monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-50) since 2001 .
