Fanoe (unit)

The fanoe , also referred to as the gold and silver coin with fanon, was a precious stone and gold and silver weight in the Dutch East Indies .

As a gemstone weight , it weighed 2 carats .

With Fano this Indian unit of mass (weight measure) was in the state of Goa called. The measure here was for rubies .
