Françoise Dupont is a good and intelligent schoolgirl who grew up in the town of Framboisy. Her normal life belies the fact that she goes on the hunt for criminals wearing a black cloak and an eye mask. Her best friends Ficelle and Boulotte have no idea of ​​their double life.

Georges Chaulet edited his own teenage novel series Fantômette for a comic book publication. The drawings for the first three stories were from François Craenhals . For the last episode, Endry took over the graphic design. The series was published directly by Hachette in album form.
