Farmers House is a public company in Lusaka .

The company was founded on May 18, 1981, using parts of the Farmers Cooperative Society of Zambia Limited. Farmers House is a company that invests, develops and manages wealth. It was first unofficially listed in 1996 and first issued shares in 2000. They are traded on the Lusaka Stock Exchange .

Farmers House is controlled by the pension funds of Saturina Regna, Barclays, Stanbic, Chilanga Cement , Standard Charterted and CEC. Since October 2006 it has 42,745,912 shares with a nominal value of one Zambian kwacha in circulation and a market value of 1,350 SK. The stock market value corresponds to about US $ 15 million. The turnover corresponds to the reported investment income.
