The 20th European Men's Fistball Championship took place from August 26th to 28th, 2016 in Grieskirchen ( Austria ). Austria is hosting the European men's fistball championship for the eighth time .

Attendees

A total of eight member nations of the International Fistball Association took part in the 2016 European Championships. It was the first time that Poland took part in an international fistball event. The groups were determined in mid-May.

Venue

The European championships were held on the new area of ​​the school center in the middle of Grieskirchen . Several grandstands with a capacity of 3,000 people were set up for the fans in a stadium atmosphere.
