The 2012 European Fistball Championship was held from August 17th to August 19th in Schweinfurt .

The European Fistball Championship was held in the Willy Sachs Stadium . Only the main grandstand was used for match days, and additional grandstands were set up on the opposite side and on both sides behind the field, which allowed a higher audience capacity. The gymnastics club Schweinfurt-Oberndorf 1862 eV (TVO) was responsible for the organization and implementation of the games.
Tournament mode
A total of six nations competed, in the preliminary round each team played against every other team. The four best teams qualified for the semi-finals, the winners from the two semi-finals played the final among themselves and the losers the game for third and fourth place. The fifth and sixth place players played a game for places five and six.
