The Fcγ receptor IIc (synonym CD32c , FcγRIIc ) is a surface protein from the group of Fc receptors .

The Fcγ receptor IIc is an Fcγ receptor and binds antigen- bound immunoglobulin G with low affinity . Among other things, it is involved in phagocytosis and the modulation of the humoral immune response and is formed by monocytes , macrophages , polymorphonuclear leukocytes and NK cells . It is glycosylated and phosphorylated . It occurs in two isoforms .
