Felix Puma

Lwipa Felix Puma (born September 9, 1968 ) is a doctor and politician in Zambia .

Felix Puma was able to win the mandate of the constituency of Lufwanyama in the National Assembly for the Movement for Multi-Party Democracy in Zambia in 2006 . He was appointed Deputy Minister of Health in October 2006 and later became Minister of Finance.
