Ferdinand Count Kinsky

Ferdinand Graf Kinsky von Wchinitz und Tettau (born October 25, 1934 in Prague ) is a German political scientist and President of the Scientific Council of the European Institute for International University Studies in Nice . Professor Kinsky is the founder of personalistic federalism .

He comes from a younger branch of the princely line of the Kinsky family , who resided at Horažďovice Castle until 1946 , and is the older brother of Princess Maria Aglaë of Liechtenstein . He has been married to Hedwig Countess von Ballestrem since 1962 ; the couple has four children.
