Fernando Perez Royo
Fernando Pérez Royo (born January 25, 1943 in Alcalá de Guadaira ) is a Spanish politician .
Life
Pérez Royo is a professor at the University of Seville . From 1979 to 1985 he was a member of the Congreso de los Diputados . Pérez Royo was a member of the European Parliament from 1987 to 1992 and from 1994 to 2004 .
